The project behind ROHWELL is responsible for the personal data described here and decides how it is used. ROHWELL is an early-stage project based in Sweden. Formal controller details — registered entity, company number and postal address — will be confirmed and published before the product launches.

Waitlist: the email address you submit, together with the time of submission and which form it came from.

Contact form: the name, email address, subject and message you send us.

Technical logs: request data such as IP address, user agent and timestamps, kept by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and basic reliability.

Analytics and research: no analytics, advertising, session-recording or user-research scripts are active on this website. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.

Consent — to send you email updates about ROHWELL. You can withdraw it at any time.

Legitimate interests — to answer your enquiry, operate the site, and prevent misuse such as spam or automated abuse.

Consent — for any non-essential analytics or research tools, should such tools be introduced later.

We use a small number of processors, by category: a website hosting and edge-delivery provider; a managed database service that stores the waitlist entries; and a transactional email provider that delivers contact-form messages to us. These providers process data on our instructions only. Where processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, it relies on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers.

Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal, or until the waitlist has served its purpose. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer and manage the enquiry.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

This public website does not connect to any bank, does not collect bank credentials, and does not hold or move money. The ROHWELL app is still in development; bank connectivity is not available to the public and nothing on this page processes real account data.

The site is served over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit, and waitlist and contact data is held by established providers with encryption at rest. This is an early-stage project: we do not claim end-to-end encryption or a completed security certification, and you should not send sensitive personal or financial details through these forms.

ROHWELL is intended for people aged 16 and over.

If this notice changes meaningfully, the updated version will be published here with a new date.
